Adriatic Bank will, in accordance with the license for the provision of investment services number 03/2-1/5-21 issued on March 12th 2021 by the Capital Market Authority of Montenegro, perform the following investment services:
- Receipt and transfer of orders for trading in financial instruments
- Execution of orders for the client's account
- Trading for our (Adriatic Bank) account
- Portfolio management
- Investment consulting
- Foreign currency business services related to the provision of investment services
- Safekeeping and administration of financial instruments on behalf of clients, including custody and related services, such as cash and collateral management
- Granting loans and credits to the investor in order to enable the conclusion of a transaction with one or more financial instruments, if the transaction involves a company that provides a loan or credit
Using a network of international brokers and subcustody banks, Adriatic Bank offers its clients the realization of investments in financial instruments in accordance with the client’s preferences on domestic capital market(Montenegro Stock Exchange), regional markets and on all relevant world markets (Xetra, Frankfurt, NYSE, Nasdaq, London Stock Exchange etc) , as well as all related services.
High quality of service, mutual trust and providing maximum security to investors are our basic principles in the approach to providing investment services and services of Adriatic Bank.
Clients funds are kept in special accounts, separate from the assets of the bank and other clients, and as such do not enter the bank’s bankruptcy or liquidation estate.

The Investment Banking Division of Adriatic Bank for its clients shall:
- Open and maintain securities accounts in the name and for the account of its clients (client's ownership account)
- Open and maintain securities accounts on behalf of the custody bank, and for the account of its clients, i.e. on behalf of its clients who are not legal holders of those securities, and for the account of legal holders (collective custody account)
- Collect receivables from issuers on the basis of due securities, interest and dividends on behalf of the legal holders of these securities and take care of achieving other rights belonging to the legal holders of securities who are its clients
- Execute orders for the transfer of rights from securities and orders for registration of the rights of third parties on securities and take care of the transfer of rights from those securities
- Inform shareholders about the annual general meetings of joint stock companies and represent them at those general meetings, upon authorization
- Upon the authorization of the client, take care of the execution of tax obligations of the client on the basis of securities whose client is the legal holder
- Perform other tasks determined by the contract, in accordance with the law and the rules for providing investment services
