What is the Mobile token?
The Mobile token is a personalized security tool located within the mobile banking application on your mobile device, designed to enhance security during payments.
What is the Mobile token used for?
The Mobile token is necessary for:
- Authorization of card payment transactions over the internet
- Authorization of payment transactions using the Adriatic mBank application
How to activate the Mobile token?
The Mobile token is activated through the mobile banking application of the bank, Adriatic mBank Montenegro.
There are several basic cases for which it is necessary to activate the Mobile token:
Activating the Mobile token is very simple.After activating the Mobile token, you can further activate biometric functions (Face ID or Touch ID).
After receiving the credentials (User ID and password) for activating the mobile token, follow the instructions below:

- You only have a payment card;
- You have a payment card and the old Adriatic Mobile Bank application;
- You have a payment card and the new Adriatic mBank application.
Activating the Mobile token is very simple.After activating the Mobile token, you can further activate biometric functions (Face ID or Touch ID).

If you only have an Adriatic bank payment card, you need to:
- Download the Adriatic mBank application from the Apple/Google store and install it on your mobile device (https://onelink.to/fc3a3n).
- You will receive 2 SMS messages::
- with access codes for logging into the Adriatic mBank application,
- with the activation code for the mobile token.
- To activate the mobile token, open the mobile banking application and select the ‘Mobile token’ option
- Use the activation code for the mobile token from the SMS message and follow the instructions on the link: User manual for mBanking application and Mobile token.
If you have a payment card and the old Adriatic Mobile Bank application, but have not activated the new application, you need to::
- Download the new Adriatic mBank application from the Apple/Google store and install it on your mobile device (https://onelink.to/fc3a3n).
- You will receive 2 SMS messages:
- with access codes for logging into the Adriatic mBank application,
- with the activation code for the mobile token.
- To activate the mobile token, open the mobile banking application and select the ‘Mobile token’ option.

If you have a payment card and already have the new Adriatic mBank application installed:
- You will receive the activation code for the mobile token via SMS message.
