The block sale transaction was made on the Montenegro Stock Exchange.

The transaction involved the sale of 299511761 ordinary shares (symbol AZMO) issued by Nova Banka AD Podgorica.

The 100% ownership transfer was made from the seller of Azmont Investment LLC located in Kumbor, Herceg Novi to the buyer Adriatic Capital LLC located in Wilmington, Delaware, United States.
